What is Zunos?

Zunos is a SaaS digital learning platform. Built mobile first, desktop compatible.

Zunos brings Content Creation + Modern Learning + Learner Engagement tools together into a single platform, providing a turn key solution for teams to plan, build and run modern learning programs with no technical skill required.

3 reasons why Zunos:

  • Drive engagement where LMS platforms fail to achieve adoption.
  • Deliver effective learning at scale, generate real business results.
  • Deploy faster and cheaper, up and running within 2 weeks.

Content Creation

Capturing knowledge in mobile first, interactive content can be an intimidating exercise. With Zunos, our content creation tools are designed to be used with no requirements for prior technical skills. Creating content now takes minutes, not days and you can guarantee it will look great.

  • Interactive Documentation.
  • Wiki-style Pages.
  • Quizzes.
  • Forms.
  • Surveys.
  • Questionnaires.

Modern Learning

Learning today requires a blended approach of synchronous and asynchronous activities. To reduce costs, improve learning effectiveness and keep pace with change, distance learning and mobile learning are critical elements in any program.

Zunos achieves this with the following:

  • Self-paced learning paths.
  • Microlearning + Knowledge checks.
  • On-demand knowledge.
  • Instructor led training: Virtual and In-person*.

*requires supplementary software for video conference and content presentation. Recommendations available.

Learner Engagement

Fighting for your audiences' attention is a constant challenge, engaging content only goes so far. To bring a program to life takes a combination of two elements:

  • Communications.
  • Behavioral Science.

Communications sent to the right channels like email, push notifications and in-app messages ensure you're bringing awareness, and the ability to act, into the places your audience spend most of their time. Reducing friction from notification to action is a key element for the success of any program.

Behavioral Science can best be seen with the introduction of Gamification into learning programs.

  • Points.
  • Leaderboards.
  • Rewards.
  • Personal achievements.
  • Peer status.

Who is Zunos for?

Zunos was built for operational teams, often deployed by L&D, Marketing, Sales, Service, or HR.

General responsibilities for onboarding, product or service training and policy awareness will fall onto one person in HR or Operations who have multiple other tasks to perform.

For this person, using Zunos gives them a simple way to be self-sufficient in creating mobile first training documentation, and knowledge checks.

Before: Usually this person is doing all the training themselves, face-to-face, and may have substitute systems like spreadhseets or paper-base documentation for training.

Primary Business Outcomes:
