What is a member?
A member is a person who is registered to have access to Zunos.
Can members be Active and Inactive?
Yes. Active members can log in to Zunos and be targeted with messages and communications. Inactive members are essentially archived, with their historical data maintained for reporting.
Do you charge for Inactive members?
No. Inactive members do not count towards your plan member count, they cannot log in or be targeted with communications.
How does the trial work?
You can have as long as you need to try out Zunos using our demo data. Our trials come furnished with example content you can use to explore features, and experiment.

We know change is hard often requiring time to get buy-in from other stakeholders, and time to scope out your goals. We support that process fully, our team are available during that process to help you get setup.
Are all Zunos contracts 12-month?
Yes. Zunos contracts are all 12-month contracts, with billing either monthly or annually in advance. We've found that a successful program requires vision, support and time. We align our team to your ensure your project is positioned for success.
Do you offer services?
Yes. We want you to get off to the right start and that takes more than just software. We offer a range of additional services, tailored to your individual needs.

Our onboarding and professional services can include: Pre-launch Program Consultation, Implementation Architecting, Graphic Design Work, Configuration, Program Launch Support, Program Best Practice, Engagement Tactics, Custom Professional Services. These are charged on needs basis.
What if I have multiple communities?
Zunos was built for scale. Zunos Pro and Enterprise allow you to buy additional Zunos communities, at a price that beats buying as seperate plans. If you need to expand your reach to a new community, and would like to manage content, communications and events from a single place, Zunos Enterprise allows for a heriarchy to be setup, connecting multiple zunos instances together. Additional costs incurred.
